Police Reached Salman’s House, Increased Security After Receiving Threatening Letter To Father Salim Khan
Mumbai, 6th June 2022: The Maharashtra Home Department has increased the security of superstar Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan. As soon as the complaint was received from the Khan family, the Mumbai Police officials reached Salman Khan’s house and started investigation.
Actually, on 5th June, a threatening letter came to Salman Khan and his father, in which it was written that he would be killed. Due to this, the Mumbai Police has tightened the security of the actor and his father even more.
The security of Salman Khan was also increased after the murder of musician Sidhu Musewala. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang had allegedly taken the responsibility of this murder, after which threats started coming for Salman Khan as well. Salman Khan was already on the radar of the Bishnoi gang after the infamous blackbuck poaching case during the shooting of ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’.
The Bishnoi community considers the black buck a sacred animal and Salman’s involvement in poaching had hurt the sentiments of the community. Bishnoi had earlier threatened to kill Salman in 2018 as well
It was told in media reports that Salman Khan’s father Salim received a threatening letter, in which it was said that Salman Khan’s condition was also like that of Moosewala.
According to the report of ANI, after this incident, an FIR was lodged against this unknown person on Sunday.
Police say the threatening letter was found on a bench by Salim Khan’s security personnel.
The police also examined the CCTV footage installed in the Bandstand area and questioned the local people as to who had left the chit.
