Free JEE Coaching in Pune: Know the Eligibility and Enrollment Process
Pune, 16 April 2024 – Prime Academy Pune, in collaboration with the Redseer Foundation, has launched a pioneering initiative to provide free coaching for engineering entrance exams such as IIT JEE, CET, and BITSAT to 100 underserved students. Instruction by experienced IITian faculty, combined with the hard work and right strategy by students, can certainly make a huge difference. Regardless of past challenges, students can aim for premier colleges like the IITs.
Eligibility Criteria:
• The program welcomes students from diverse backgrounds, including economically weaker sections, orphanages, persons with disabilities, marginalized groups eligible for affirmative action, and families of war veterans.
• Candidates must demonstrate potential and dedication to excel academically.
Enrollment Process:
1. Prime Redseer Aptitude Test (PRAT): This preliminary examination is designed to assess analytical, mathematical, scientific, and mental aptitude. The one-hour test aims to evaluate the foundational skills essential for advanced study.
2. Workshop: Students who excel in the PRAT will be invited to participate in a day-long workshop focusing on selected topics relevant to the program.
3. Topic-Based Test: Candidates undergo a test to assess their understanding and application of the concepts covered in the workshop.
4. Document Verification: Candidates undergo a rigorous document verification process to authenticate their eligibility and credentials.
5. Interview: Shortlisted candidates proceed to a personal interview to evaluate their communication skills, motivation, and suitability for the program.
Selected students will be enrolled in a comprehensive course designed for competitive exams, offered across five Prime Academy branches in Pune, located at FC Road, Vimanagar, NIBM, Pimpri, and Hadapsar. Participants will receive all essential materials, including booklets and access to exam portals. Assessments will be conducted weekly to monitor progress. Parents will be updated about the course during scheduled parent-teacher meetings.
