Computerized Lottery for 3,322 Affordable Homes Held by CIDCO at Navi Mumbai Office
Navi Mumbai, 19th July 2024: On Friday, a computerized lottery for 3,322 affordable homes under CIDCO’s Mass Housing Scheme took place at their Navi Mumbai office, according to an official statement. The available units, located in the Taloja and Dronagiri areas, have been allocated to applicants from both the EWS and general categories.
These regions are experiencing significant development due to their proximity to the JNPT port, the forthcoming Navi Mumbai airport, and the Nerul-Uran suburban rail corridor. The official also noted that the lottery process was managed by a software system that eliminates human interference and was reviewed by the computer department at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
