Mumbai: 12th Mathematics Question Paper Leaked Five Hours Before Exam

Mumbai, 5th March 2023: Although the state board has claimed that the question paper of 12th mathematics has not been leaked, now it has come to light that the students received the question paper on their mobile phones about five hours before the examination. The police of the crime branch detained a suspect from Nagar in connection with sending the question paper of 12th mathematics on WhatsApp. A case was registered at the Shivaji Park Police Station on the complaint of a teacher at Antonio D’Silva High School in Dadar. Sources said that the arrested accused is a minor.

Shivaji Park Police has registered a case against four persons, including three examinees, in this matter. The mobile phone was seized from this student in the examination centre. After 10:17, it was revealed that he had received part of the question paper. Considering the seriousness of the crime in this case, the investigation has been transferred to the Crime Branch. Cell 5 of the Crime Branch, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Prashant Kadam, is conducting further investigation into the matter. According to the complaint, the 12th science maths exam was held on 3rd March. After the examination, invigilator Robin Perera accepted the answer sheets of the students. At that time, a mobile phone was found with one of the students. He told the school teacher. At that time, a WhatsApp check revealed that a friend had sent him a math question paper before the exam began. According to this, a complaint was filed with the Shivaji Park Police.
