Pune: Successful Candidates of MPSC PSI Main Exam Revealed with Cutoff Marks

Pune, 13th March 2024: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has officially released the results of the Police Sub Inspector (PSI) examination held as part of the Maharashtra Subordinate Services Group B Main Examination. The list of candidates who have successfully passed the main examination, along with the cutoff marks, is now available on the MPSC website.

This announcement was made through a press release by the MPSC. The main examination took place on October 1 and October 29, and the results are being declared with a provision to withhold the outcome for third-party candidates, pending a tribunal decision. Candidates qualifying in the main examination are eligible for the physical test, contingent upon the verification of their eligibility based on the information provided in their main examination application forms.

As part of the process, candidates who have qualified for the physical test and interview, with a claim of being qualified sportsmen in their application forms, must submit their sports certificates for verification. This should be done to the Divisional Deputy Director of Sports on or before the specified date mentioned in the pre-examination application. The submission should include the acknowledgement of the application, the relevant sports certificate, and a verification report from the concerned Divisional Deputy Director of Sports, confirming the validity of the sports certificate for the Group-B post.

It is important to note that claims submitted through the main examination application forms will be considered for selection based on merit. Candidates found ineligible during the necessary verification process may have their candidature cancelled at any stage. Details regarding the physical test and interview program will be provided separately, with emphasis on the use of a digital system for conducting the physical test.
