Mumbai: 41-Year-Old Dies After Being Hit By Water Balloon
Mumbai, 8th March 2023: A 41-year-old man, Dilip Dhavande, has died due to a water balloon hitting his head in Vile-Parle, Mumbai. Dhavande works in a share trading firm. The incident took place around 10.30 pm when Dilip Dhavande was taking Puran Poli to his family.
Dhavande collapsed when someone hit him with a water balloon when he was on his way back to his family. Attempts were made to revive him but he did not respond. After that, he was immediately taken to Cooper Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Vile Parle Police has filed an ADR in this case. Now the police are waiting for the post-mortem report.
Dilip Dhavande lives in Siddhivinayak Society in the Shivaji Nagar area of Vile-Parle. According to the police, Dilip Dhavande was walking with Puran Poli around 10.30 on Monday night. At that time, the local people were celebrating Holi. At that time, suddenly, someone threw a water balloon at him, after which he collapsed and died.
