Pune Knowledge Cluster Hosts EduConclave, Setting the Stage for STEM Advancements

Pune, 28th February 2024: EduConclave, a significant one-day conference focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, brought together educators, thought leaders, and experts on Tuesday, 27th February. Held at the Madan Mohan Malaviya Hall in the Guest House building at IISER Pune, the event aimed to explore innovative teaching methodologies, successful practices, and emerging trends in STEM education.

The prestigious conference, tailored for school teachers specializing in science and mathematics from grades 5th to 10th, as well as NGOs, startups, and organizations in the STEM education space, provided a platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange. With a mission to enhance STEM learning experiences for students, EduConclave gathered around 100 school teachers and 30 NGOs/startups.

The event aimed to offer pragmatic and objective advice on science, technology, and innovation.

The Pune Knowledge Cluster (PKC) played a crucial role. The EduConclave not only provided a platform for educators to share best practices but also paved the way for meaningful collaborations in STEM education. As a significant event in the education landscape, it contributed to the ongoing efforts to elevate the standards of STEM learning experiences for students in Pune and beyond.
